Simple Stock Ping ("the App") is operated by Eing ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

When you install the App, we collect and store the following information:

• Your shop domain (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com)
• Your subscription plan and alert threshold settings
• Notification channel configurations you provide: email address, Slack Webhook URL, Discord Webhook URL, Chatwork API token and Room ID
• Per-product threshold overrides (Pro plan only)

We do not collect, store, or process any of your customers' personal data, order data, or payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver inventory alert notifications to your configured channels
• To manage your subscription plan and enforce plan-based limits
• To maintain and improve the App

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except for the following services used to operate the App:

• Resend (resend.com) — used to deliver email notifications. Only your configured notification email address is passed to Resend.
• Shopify — the App accesses your store's inventory data via Shopify's Admin API solely to process inventory alerts.

4. Data Retention

Your shop data is retained while the App is installed. Upon uninstallation, your session data is deleted immediately. Remaining shop configuration data is deleted within 48 hours of receiving Shopify's shop/redact GDPR webhook.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

All data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database. Data in transit is protected via HTTPS/TLS.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
